R&Cs: My Oh My

Come to think of it, I might not be showing enough love to Camila Cabello in this segment; after all, she has an excellent track record as a pop star. I have been playing “My Oh My” — in fact, the whole of Romance — for a couple months now, and I was champing at the bit to feature her once again. (It doesn’t hurt to have DaBaby featured on the track too.) I doubt that you were spared by Camila’s promotion team, still I highly recommend the album: It is simply delightful. And while there are many other gems that will delight you in this playlist, I’d be remiss not to mention A Great Big World’s collaboration with Christina Aguilera! If that song doesn’t give you goosebumps, I don’t know what will! Do not deprive your ears any longer.

I wrote as kid. (I'd die if you'd ever get your hands on those poems.) And I wrote as a teen. (We thought our raps would spearhead revolution.) I write these days to share my joys and perspectives. I am as subjective as they come. I found a bunch of blessed souls that are just as expressive. And Africa is all the better for it. (I think I never really changed.)
