Roll and Coasters: Woman

We were celebrating Mother’s Day over the past weekend and several apropos songs came out. I find it worth celebrating them and start this with “Woman”, a Juliana Kanyomozi classic that sounds just as fresh as it did when it came out a few years back. I’m always championing the young talent and there’s a lot of it here: Akwaboah, BURNS, KeBlack (who’s already on his second album!), RAYE and Rowlene all come through. And I can’t forget about Jeremy Zucker who’s made a simple yet brilliant video to complement a much-needed call to discuss mental illness with the youth.
