Roll and Coasters: Yebo Mama

I guess that we should be grateful to the Bacardi brand here. Through their House Party sessions, they brought together the genius producer Heavy-K and the electro firecracker Moonchild Sanelly. Both artists have proven to be great ambassadors for South African music and, personally, I was always raving to see/hear such a collaboration. “Yebo Mama” is Sanelly’s heartfelt ode to her mom delivered in her trademark nursery-rhyme-like flow. It was a no brainer to start there for a playlist loaded with bounce, energy, flavour, a little sass and a lot of whine. Enjoy!

Editor’s Note:
With the exception of YouTube and SoundCloud, “Yebo Mama” isn’t available on the streaming platforms where we load our playlists. As such, and till it’s made available, “Yebo Mama” has been substituted with Heavy-K’s “Drumboss Rhythm“.
